Meet Zoe
Zoe Zachs, LCSW
As a psychotherapist, I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, body image concerns and mental health issues in adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience leading individual, family, and group therapy and working with those managing their anxiety, depression, life transitions and trauma.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where my clients can truly be themselves and focus on their own therapy. I want all my clients to know that they have the ability to choose what's best for their well-being. I take a collaborative, humanized, yet direct approach to helping my clients build self-awareness, learn new skills to overcome inevitable challenges and move towards a more fulfilling life.
In addition to my practice, I work at both an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for those struggling with eating disorders. I received my Masters in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work.
